Hi,
Referendums on Leaving The EU to Go Ahead
I presume John Blackwell is financially behind the concept of holding Referendums independently.
This idea put forward by Nikki Sinclaire MEP West Midlands, who obtained the signatures needed to obtain a debate on A Referendum in The House of Commons that did so well.
Having raised the profile with her Petition for a debate on A Referendum the result was the largest vote against the Government, in fact in The HoC, ever on the issue of their betrayal of these United Kingdoms and self serving surrender of our Independence, Sovereignty and rule by a foreign and alien power EVER.
The plan always recognised the defence of the realm via legal means would be a long and hard battle - the next step is under way with the Government 'e'Petition at:
http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/20911
The petition is not expected to do well without publicity but that will continue apace in the early spring, I understand. Funding will I gather be primarily by Nikki Sinclaire and it is hoped that Trevor Coleman MEP and Mike Nattrass MEP who have removed themselves from the vile extremist EFD Group in the EU with whom some of the less ethical UKIP MEPs are associated.
Let us hope Mike Nattrass & Trevor Coleman will act honourably and support the financing for the advertising vehicles, magazines and staffing around the UK for this petition to yet again reach the 100,000 goal by the end of the summer recess or before.
The magazine for the:
HAVE YOUR SAY CAMPAIGN
has gone out to 80 > 100,000 people in the last week or so - I gather Nikki Sinclaire has funded it, together with its postal distribution, and Trevor Coleman & Mikle Nattrass have promised to reimburse her - though I understand that Trevor Coleman is also seeking to repeat an earlier failure with the production of a DVD, which you may remember he did in the past with his chum Ashley Mote but DVDs are very much yesterday's idea and have little impact!
The idea of holding A Referendum privately in various constituencies was always part of the plan but I gather John Blackwell has opted to take up the idea early and has John Gaunt fronting it for him.
I believe Sinclaire's plan was more politically astute and professional but let us hope John Gaunt can pull it off and I'm sure Sinclaire's petition will help them.
I expect the sock puppets and ner do wells of EUkip leadership claque will be out in force poo pooing the idea - never having had one of their own beyond self enrichment and self aggrandisement it would seem, to judge by their lack luster track record of corruption, abuse, whoring, theft, betrayal, drunkenness, squabbling, racism and fraud!
I gather John Gaunt has announced the aim that the initial privately funded Referendums will be in the constituencies of:
David Cameron
Nick
Clegg
& Milliband
I am sure that any help you can give will be welcome and any effort to raise the profile in these United Kingdoms is infinitely more valuable than all the posturing in the world in The EU pretend parliament with its sound bite stances and childish rants, which all amount to utter irrelevance, due to the total absence of meaningful democracy in The EU's core structure.
In the mean time why not download a copy of THE PETITION form which can be found if you CLICK HERE

Hi,
so the discussions with The leaders of The House of Commons have paid off and unlike the Judas Goats with their endless posturing and pretend petitions and pretence at EUroScepticism and the 120 Tory MPs who have followed the whip's requirements in setting up a EUroPlasticSceptic Group Nikki SINCLAIRE Independent MEP has actually delivered the required 100,000 signatures with another 20,000 ready to deliver as her campaign continues to grow.
Frankly Westminster debating the issue makes the point - we know that Turkeys don't vote for Christmas any more than we can expect the MPs to represent either our wishes or our best interests and Leave-The-EU.
Frankly our MPs are so totally discreditted who gives a stuff how they vote - The EU may think it will be making the decisions but do not forget it was on October 01st. 1946 that the first GUILTY verdicts and the hanging of 11 Guilty Men was ordered at The Nuremberg Trials - Politicians don't call the shots when it comes to war and we are teetering on the start of The Wars of Dissassociation be it the Riots in Greece, the Default of The Greek Government, the failing of the Portuguese, Italian, Irish, Greek, Spanish and shortly the Cypriot economies that will win this argument.
The wheels are falling off of the EU scam.
Let us see if our politicians want to hang onto their jobs and Leave-The-EU or hang on lamp posts as the lights go out!
Their vote in Westminster is no longer relevant they gave away their authority so their debate is pointless - as pointless as they are.
76% of Tory voters want a Referendum, 66% of Tory voters would vote to Leave-The-EU when given their vote and only 30% of the entire population would vote to stay in The EU.

A measure of the accuracy of The Media is that for all the huff and puff from The LibDims & Tories it was a single INDEPENDENT MEP Nikki Sinclaire with the support of not a single Tory or Liberal delivering to Drowning Street the 100,000 signatures so far as the photographs clearly show:
It was Nikki Sinclaire's advertising vans all over Britain getting the signatures:

At last: We get vote on Europe as MPs are forced to decide on referendum
- Vote will be held in the Commons before Christmas
- Eurozone crisis has led to surge in anti-Brussels feeling
Last updated at 11:19 PM on 1st October 2011
A historic vote on growing demands for Britain to leave the European Union will be held in the Commons before Christmas.
MPs will debate whether the Government should give voters a chance to decide the issue once and for all in a referendum.
It will be the first time Parliament has held a major vote on seeking the public’s view since the 1975 referendum confirming the decision to join the Common Market.

A historic vote on growing demands for Britain to leave the European Union will be held in the Commons before Christmas
If MPs vote in favour of a referendum, the result would not be binding on the Government.
But, combined with growing public opposition to the increasing power of the EU, it would put enormous pressure on David Cameron to let the people decide the country’s European fate.
The Commons vote has been forced on MPs – and a reluctant Prime Minister – by public demand, after the crisis in the eurozone, with desperate attempts to prop up the Greek economy, led to a surge in anti-Brussels feeling.
Prime Minister David Cameron. MPs will debate whether the Government should give voters a chance to decide the Europe issue in a referendum
The decision to hold a debate was made after a petition signed by more than 100,000 people demanding a referendum was submitted to a new group of MPs given the job of making sure Parliament does not sweep controversial issues under the carpet.
The Mail on Sunday has learnt that the Commons Backbench Business Committee will agree to grant a one-day debate on a referendum after Parliament returns next week.
Committee chairman Natascha Engel, a Labour MP, said: ‘Given the crisis in the eurozone, this issue has become more relevant than ever. There is a clear majority of backbench MPs who want to debate this and we have to respond to that.
‘The EU today is completely different from the one the British people voted to join in the 1975 referendum. It is time to examine the position again. For years it has suited successive governments to avoid debating whether Britain should stay in or leave the EU.
‘The whole purpose of my committee is to make sure the big issues of the day are aired in Parliament. People in pubs and shops all over Britain are discussing our membership of the EU and it is time MPs openly debated it too.’
The debate will be held before the end of the year.
Anti-European campaigners are divided over the question that should be put in a referendum. Some want a simple ‘in or out’ question. But others want to offer the choice of going back to an old- style trading association, along the lines of the Common Market which British voters agreed to in 1975.
If the nation voted ‘yes’ to this proposition, the Government could demand that key powers over immigration, industrial relations, health and safety, City regulations and other issues are handed back to Westminster. If the EU refused to do so, Britain could leave altogether.
Deputy Prime Minister and leader of the Liberal Democrats Nick Clegg is an avowed Europhile. Labour MP Natascha Engel said the eurozone the issue has become more relevant than ever
Recent opinion polls show that when asked directly, nearly one in two people want Britain to come out of the EU, with about one in three in favour of staying in. But when the question was rephrased to give the choice of returning to a Seventies-style trade association, a clear majority chose that option.
Tory MPs plan to use this week’s party conference in Manchester to step up their demand for a referendum.
Withdrawing from the EU has support at the highest level of the party, including from Mr Cameron’s senior No 10 adviser, Steve Hilton.
The Commons vote is a nightmare for the Coalition. Mr Cameron was heavily criticised in Opposition for going back on a pledge to hold a referendum on the 2007 Lisbon Treaty which continued the process of switching sovereignty to the EU.
Protests in Greece over cut backs. The crisis in the eurozone with desperate attempts to prop up the Greek economy has led to a surge in anti-Brussels feeling
He fears a referendum would be a distraction from his attempts to solve Britain’s economic problems.
But he will face a mass revolt if he orders Tory MPs to vote against it.
Although Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg is an avowed Europhile, he made an Election pledge to hold an ‘in or out’ EU referendum.
It was seen as a crude Lib Dem ploy to prove that whatever their reservations about the EU, most Britons want to stay in. But with hostility to the EU growing by the day, Mr Clegg may now be hoist with his own petard. A sizeable number of Labour MPs also want a referendum.
The historic Commons debate is set to be agreed after Tory MP David Nuttall approached the Backbench Business Committee on the strength of the petition.
The Bury MP said he would defy any attempt by Mr Cameron to silence him. ‘I will vote in favour of a referendum come what may. It is about whether we stay in the EU and it is time the people had their say.’
Fellow Eurosceptic Tory MP Peter Bone said: ‘This poses an almighty dilemma for Mr Cameron. He will face huge problems if he orders MPs to vote against it.’
Since Britain joined the Common Market, there have been a series of Commons votes on whether there should be referendums on EU treaties such as Maastricht and Lisbon – although none at all on whether we should remain in the EU. All have been defeated, largely down to Governments ordering MPs to vote them down.
The Government has suffered three defeats as a result of debates ordered by the Backbench Business Committee. They were forced to pay compensation to victims of a contaminated blood scandal; to reject a European bid to give prisoners the vote; and to ban wild animals in circuses without delay.

However I am far more inclined to agree with Richard North in his article which follows - particularly having seen the self interest group that gathered around Dan Hannan, Marc Glendenning, Blob Crow and the other misfits who were disapointed at not being able to Hi Jack The People's Pledge funded by Toby Blackwell and run by James Pryor and Bridget Rowe nor - although they fed in the recycled Democracy Movement names I gather - they were unable to steal and l;ay claim to Nikki Sinclaire's Petition for an EU Referendum Campaign names - well aware that she had topped the 100,000 whilst they were still squabbling!
I am clearly of the opinion that although out manouvered Dan Hannan's relaunch was merely a manipulation by pro EU Labour party senior ranks seeking to embarrass David Cameron over a referendum just as this latest excercise is far more interested in the wishes of The Tory Party than the wishes of the electorate who have made it VERY clear that the majority wish to disassociate themselves from The EU and a huge majority wish to be distanced from it in political law making terms and the plethora of damaging trade regulations the costly scam forces upon us.
70 Tory MPs set to join new group to fight EU integration
Up to 70 Conservative MPs are to join a new group dedicated to "reversing the process" of closer European Union integration in a move likely to place fresh strain on the coalition.
Dozens will attend a Commons meeting next month to discuss the formation of the Eurosceptic group which aims to provide "helpful advice" to the government.
The move carries echoes of the formation – more than 20 years ago – of the Bruges Group, which took its name from one of Margaret Thatcher's speeches in which she attacked the formation of a European superstate and which became a focus for Eurosceptic Tories in the 1990s.
The new grouping is being put together by three MPs who were all elected for the first time in last year's general election: 3, who was David Cameron's former media chief, Chris Heaton-Harris and Andrea Leadsom.The trio wrote to fellow Tory MPs last month to invite them to a meeting in the Thatcher Room at the Commons on 12 September. Mr Eustice last night said the letter had so far attracted 71 positive replies – around a quarter of the party's MPs.
The letter states: "It has ... become clear that events in the European Union are going to dominate British politics in the coming years across a wide range of policies.
"We think it might be helpful if we set up an informal group of like-minded MPs who could come together to talk, receive regular quality topical briefings, exchange ideas and, indeed, provide support and helpful advice to the government.
"The political objective of the group would be to reverse the process of ever-closer union."The move risks incurring the wrath, however, of the Tories' Liberal Democrat coalition partners, whose party continues to maintain broad support for Brussels.
Mr Eustice said: "There is a lot of interest in such a group. It aims to be constructive and the ensure that we make the most of the opportunity presented by a Eurosceptic PM and a changing context in Europe."
The new breed of younger Eurosceptic MPs takes a much more pragmatic view of the EU than the veterans of the old ideological battles over the Maastricht treaty that hamstrung John Major's government in the 1990s, some of whom, such as Bill Cash, are still in parliament.
Nevertheless it is estimated that up to half of the 148 Conservatives elected for the first time in 2010 think Britain should quit the EU altogether, with scores more believing the UK's relationship with the EU is ripe for a fundamental overhaul.
As well as the financial crisis gripping the eurozone and the lead-up to the future funding of the EU from 2014, several flashpoints are mentioned by MPs, including moves due to take effect in 2014 that would see the Luxembourg-based European Court of Justice have greater say over policing policy in the UK.
"As the fundamental nature of our relationship with the EU changes over the next couple of years, there will be greater pressure for referendums on key issues," one Tory MP predicted.
Plans to do away with all or part of the Human Rights Act will also carry on being a major issue.
"David [Cameron] promised a British Bill of Rights before the election," a Tory MP said. "But he can't deliver it – the Lib Dems won't let him. In extremis that could be a coalition breaker and the PM won't risk it."
Away from Europe, taxation is a thorny issue. Many of the new intake support moves to scrap the 50p top rate of tax on incomes above £150,000 in a bid to boost business – as Eric Pickles, the Communities Secretary, advocated this weekend.
Like Mr Pickles, and unlike among Lib Dems, there is little or no appetite for replacing it with another form of imposition on the wealthiest.
"I don't want to scrap the 50p tax band and bring in a mansion tax," one Conservative elected last year said. "In any case our main efforts should be focused on helping business and promoting growth."
Even moves to repeal the ban on hunting with dogs, brought in under Labour, and a touchstone for many rural Tory supporters, is likely to be a big problem for Mr Cameron.
Some new Tory MPs, many of them women with urban or suburban seats, favour keeping the ban in place – as do the overwhelming majority of Lib Dem and Labour MPs.
One backbencher confidently predicts there is no way the ban will overturned. "The numbers don't exist. The PM should just get on with it – lose the vote and move on."
An indication of the strength of feeling about the direction of travel the party should take can be seen from the fact that no fewer than three books are scheduled for publication around the time of the forthcoming party conference season in which Conservative MPs will attempt to seize the agenda.
One of them, provisionally entitled After the Coalition, features contributions from Kwasi Kwarteng, Dominic Raab, Elizabeth Truss, Priti Patel and Chris Skidmore, all members of the 2010 intake.
David Davis, Mr Cameron's main opponent in 2005 for the party's leadership and the former shadow home secretary, is also overseeing a book with contributions from mainly right-leaning MPs – including new members Steve Baker, Therese Coffey and Richard Drax.
A third tome, snappily-titled Masters of Nothing: The Crash and How It Will Happen Again Unless We Understand Human Nature, is being written by another pair of up-and-coming MPs, Matthew Hancock and Nadhim Zahawi.
Younger MPs are careful to couch their desire for change in terms of support for Mr Cameron and the coalition.
Mr Raab, a former business lawyer who is MP for Esher and Walton, said: "The mood is positive because the coalition is delivering – whether its deficit reduction, welfare reform or raising teaching standards.
"The challenge for us comes from the unforeseen and the unpredictable. The riots inevitably feel like a vindication of David Cameron's diagnosis of the broken society and the importance of family, while the Eurozone crisis has created a crossroads for the EU as a whole."
Tracey Crouch, a former head of public affairs for the insurance company Aviva who is now MP for Chatham and Aylesford, said: "Constituents understand that we've had to prioritise reducing the deficit in our first year of Government, but now they want to see us deliver on the key manifesto promises that they voted me and others into parliament on the back of.
"Every time there is a story in the paper about some ridiculous human rights claim, or outrageous EU spending commitment, I get reminded by constituents of not only what was on my leaflets but what was in the coalition agreement too."

A herd of Myrtles - by Richard...
The Sunday Failygraph is making a big deal about an old story, one we covered well over a month ago. This is how those mythical creatures, "eurosceptic" Tories, are going to get together to do something or other.
Of course, this has nothing to do with the coming euro-elections, and the Tories wanting to avoid utter humiliation as the voters show they prefer even the dysfunctional UKIP to them. Thus, do we have Myrtle the Judas goat, but now in herds, as the Tory claque collects together their licensed dissidents, a grouping with all the credibility of the people's front for the liberation of Judea. When all is said and done, they are still Tories.
The more substantive point, though, is that euroscepticism is old hat. Given its current travails, there is little chance of the European Union surviving in its present form to the end of the next decade. The better odds are on a complete collapse.
Moreover, as it becomes increasingly apparent that our membership of the EU is a symptom of a greater malaise, and that leaving the EU would not actually solve anything, given the corruption and incompetence of our political élites, the idea of Tory Boys (of both sexes) getting worked up about the EU frankly lacks appeal. In truth, though – as Wittering for Witney points out - they are taking the piss.
Even if we take the initiative at face value, this is a case of generals fighting the last war. We have the advanced guard of the politicals fighting yesterday's battle. One should perhaps be grateful that they can deal with such an advanced concept, but even that has little more than academic interest.
The real battle is elsewhere. This parliament has had its day. It has become little more than a self-interest pressure group.

TORY CALLS FOR EU POLL GROWING
Wednesday August 10,2011By Alison Little, Deputy Political Editor
TWO-thirds of Tory supporters would vote for Britain to leave the EU if given their say in a referendum, poll findings showed yesterday.And three-quarters want a referendum to be held.The findings starkly show how David Cameron is defying the wishes of his natural support base by refusing to hold such a vote.The Daily Express bid to force a referendum passed an important milestone when our petition on the Government’s e-petition website passed the 10,000-name mark.The scale of Tory support for a referendum emerged in fresh findings from a YouGov survey for independent MEP Nikki Sinclaire’s long-running campaign.You can sign the official “Britain wants a referendum to leave EU’’ petition by going to www.express.co.uk/referendum.

PRESS RELEASE FOLLOWING THE PRESS CONFERENCE
Cameron has disengaged with Tory voters on Europe.
A YouGov poll shows that the Prime Minister is at odds with the majority of Tory voters.
In a poll commissioned by Independent MEP, Nikki Sinclaire for her Campaign for a Referendum, 74% of Tory voters want a referendum with 66% saying they would vote to leave the EU altogether.
Ms Sinclaire said "Mr Cameron should listen to the country at large pay particular attention to the people that put him there - it is time to let the people decide"
Nikki Sinclaire also announced that her campaign had collected in excess of 100,000 signatures with 70,000 on paper. She criticised the coalition for breaking it's promise in it's 'programme for government' which stated that any petition that collected 100,000 'signatures' will eligble for a formal debate in Parliament.
Ms Sinclaire criticises the government for disenfranchising 9.2 million people who according to the Office of National Statistics report have never used the Intern - the government is only accepting e-petitions.
Ms Sinclaire said "this is wrong and undermines the basic principle that in a democracy we are all equal - I call upon the Prime Minister and his government to allow this petition and to hold a debate in parliament and then a debate in the country followed by a binding referendum on our membership of the EU. "A YouGov poll shows that the Prime Minister is at odds with the majority of Tory voters.

~YouGov / Nikki Sinclaire MEP Survey Results!
I Believe This Is The First Poll EVER to show a clear majority for leaving with as high as 68% of Conservative voters wishing to leave.
Of all the regions of Britain only Scotland & London did not show a majority for leaving The EU.
In every sector - region, gender, age there was over 70% who wanted a greater national debate of the issues.
Only Scotland did not want a referendum and even there 49% did!
CLEARLY BRITAIN'S POLITICIANS ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF STEP WITH THE PEOPLE & Seem To Be Representing Their Own Interests At The Expense of Britain, our peoples and democracy!

- 100,000 DEMAND A SAY!
The Petition for an EU REFERENDUM!
.
~~~~~~~~~~#########~~~~~~~~~~
.
The campaign for a referendum on Britain's EU membership is given a double boost today. (Tues)
A petition demanding a straight "in or out" vote has now attracted more than 100,000 signatures - which should be enough to force a Commons debate.
The breakthrough is bolstered by a new YouGov poll which reveals a clear majority want ordinary people to have the fInal say on whether we pull out.
For the first time the YouGov poll shows a majority of people would actually vote to leave the European Union in an referendum.
The mountain of signatures has been collected in a cross-party campaign led by West Midlands MEP Nikki Sinclaire.
It will pile pressure on the Prime Minister to hold the first referendum on Europe since 1975.
Mr Cameron has pledged to dedicate House of Commons time to any issue which has the support of at least 100,000 people.
While he insists the names must be collected on individually entered electronic petitions, the Commons Leader's office has indicated that a traditional pen-and-ink petition could be lodged with the backbench business committee if it has one or more MPs sponsoring it.
Nikki will tell a London Press conference today:
Some 60% of voters want a referendum on whether Britain should remain a member of the EU, according to the YouGov survey commissioned by Nikki's campaign.
If there was a vote, a massive 52% would vote to leave, with only 30% preferring to stay in and 15% undecided and 4% not bothering to vote.
Nikki, an independent MEP, added:
But Nikki points out that Britain is powerless to restore the death penalty while still in the EU because it would breach the UK's membership conditions by breaching the EU's Fundemental Charter on human rights.
She believes we get the worst of both worlds while inside the EU but outside the EUroZone.
But we have signed away power to decide our own future, with 75 per cent of British regulation coming from EU law.
Nikki also pays tribute to the hundreds of people across the country who have helped collate the petition including one gentleman in Dorset who has collected 2,000 signatures. Nikki said
Note to Editors.
The Campaign has collected in excess of 70,000 signatures on paper and in excess of 30,000 online at www.haveyoursay.eu
The paper petition forms will be at the press conference
According to the Office of National Statstics report in 2010 9.2 million people have never accessed the internet.
EU REFERENDUM IN SIGHT AS 100,000 DEMAND A SAY
The campaign for a referendum on Britain's EU membership is given a double boost today. (Tues)
While he insists the names must be collected on individually entered electronic petitions, the Commons Leader's office has indicated that a traditional pen-and-ink petition could be lodged with the backbench business committee if it has one or more MPs sponsoring it.
Nikki will tell a London Press conference today:
"This is an encouraging development and raises the prospect of an early debate on our continued membership of the EU - Almost eight in ten people want a national debate on the pros and cons of EU membership"
Today's poll shows overwhelming support for letting the public decide our future in the EU - and if they got their way they would vote to pull out."To insist that only an online petition will count would disenfranchise millions of people, particularly the poor and elderly, who do not have an email account or access to a computer.
"The huge response to our campaign, together with the findings of our poll, show that most people want their say."
Some 60% of voters want a referendum on whether Britain should remain a member of the EU, according to the YouGov survey commissioned by Nikki's campaign.
If there was a vote, a massive 52% would vote to leave, with only 30% preferring to stay in and 15% undecided and 4% not bothering to vote.
Nikki, an independent MEP, added:
"Clearly the people of Britain want to decide who governs Britain. It must be alarming to the government that despite all their assurances on sovereignty and cast iron promises, more and more people have given up on this European project. This argument has gone on far too long, we must decide our course once and for all in a binding referendum"MPs are already facing demands to debate bring back hanging after 100,000 backed the move in an e-petition.
But Nikki points out that Britain is powerless to restore the death penalty while still in the EU because it would breach the UK's membership conditions by breaching the EU's Fundemental Charter on human rights.
She believes we get the worst of both worlds while inside the EU but outside the EUroZone.
"We have one foot in and one foot outside it," she said. "This is detrimental to our interests and to those of the EU, both politically and economically. We need to take a decision as to where our future lies.EU membership costs Britain £48 million a day - or £4,912 per household over the last 11 years.
"Despite numerous promises, nobody under the age of 54 has ever had a say on Britain's relationship with the EU. This issue needs to be resolved."
But we have signed away power to decide our own future, with 75 per cent of British regulation coming from EU law.
Nikki also pays tribute to the hundreds of people across the country who have helped collate the petition including one gentleman in Dorset who has collected 2,000 signatures. Nikki said
"I'm overwhelmed by the level of support and the dedication of these people who truly are an inspiration."Ends
CONGRATULATIONS to Nikki Sinclaire MEP and her supporters and team
Let us hope that the mindless and moronic stupidity that has broken out in London and the obscene attempt by Ken Livingstone to exploit it for personal gain does not provide so much schloch horror footage that other genuine news is forced out of the media.
